Keondrae was a standout football player at his high school, known for his athletic excellence, academic achievements, and the admiration of his peers. Life seemed to be on the right track until, at the age of 17, he experienced his first seizure. Despite this setback, Keondrae remained resolute, continuing to excel both in the classroom and on the football field. His hard work and talent earned him a full scholarship to play college football in Pennsylvania, a dream come true for any young athlete.

However, this dream was abruptly shattered when the college rescinded its offer upon discovering his epilepsy diagnosis. Keondrae was devastated. He reached out to other colleges, but none were willing to take the risk of offering a football scholarship to someone with epilepsy.

Returning home, Keondrae felt defeated, but his love for football and his determination to succeed refused to let him give up. He made a decision that epilepsy would not define his future or take away his passion. Today, Keondrae is a youth football coach for the very team he once played for, using his experience to mentor and inspire young athletes. His journey from player to coach has given him a new purpose—to make a positive impact on the lives of students who may face similar challenges.

Keondrae has also channeled his energy into his education and discovered a talent for acting. His ultimate goal is to become an NFL coach, breaking down the stigma associated with epilepsy and showing others that adversity can be overcome with determination and perseverance. Through his journey, Keondrae is not only coaching football but also coaching others on how to live courageously with epilepsy, proving that with the right mindset, anything is possible.
