At Epilepsy Alliance Florida (EAFLA), we are committed to being Florida’s premier source of information, resources, and medical assistance for those affected by epilepsy. Our mission extends to individuals diagnosed with epilepsy, those who suspect they may have epilepsy, and their families and loved ones.
Who We Serve
The Epilepsy Support Program (ESP) at EAFLA is here for anyone residing in Florida dealing with epilepsy or suspected seizure disorders. We also extend our support to families, loved ones, community organizations, schools, professionals, and businesses seeking information and guidance on epilepsy.
Eligibility for Neurological Care
To qualify for neurological treatment and assistance through EAFLA, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Residency: Do you reside in the state of Florida?
2. Diagnosis: Have you been diagnosed with epilepsy?
3. Suspected Condition: Do you suspect you may have epilepsy?
If you answered ‘No’ to any of these questions, please contact us at info@eafla.org for further resources.
Application Process
After completing the online application, an intake specialist will reach out to you for a brief phone interview. Please be prepared to provide photo identification and proof of address.
